On average Prime Internet processes more than one thousand circuit-locate requests and dispatches to "mark the route" each quarter. One of the reasons we protect our cables so thoroughly is that our own lit services are riding on them. Prime Internet offers industry-leading reliability including:

We back our capabilities by offering customers Service Level Credits for our MTTR commitments. If a fiber cut is not repaired within 12 hours, you will receive a 1% credit off your monthly operations and maintenance for the affected segment or loop for each hour over 12 hours (capped at the monthly amount for the affected segment or loop).
"As Built"
Prime Internet provides customers with online, accurate "as built" diagrams with visibility down to the manhole through our Network Mapping and Planning interface (ONMAP - provided by Level3 Communications in some areas). With this unique tool, you don't have to wait for a field survey every time you have a network planning change. The ONMAP capability provides accurate transparency to our entire fiber inventory.
