Prime Internet offers expert Cisco Router support. If you have routing equipment supporting any of our port services to you, we are here to help. From minor configuration issues to large scale load balanced networks, we can help.

Skill Levels

Prime Internet Engineering are experienced and knowledgeable with all modern Cisco routers. We can support your issues on a case by case basis or on 24 hour contract call out.

Commitment to our Customers

The one thing we realize is that if our customers can't recover from a router failure or need initial configuration assistance to get going then we can't deploy our services. In this spirit we offer a limited amount of free tech time to all dedicated GigE and FastE customers.

Flexibility

When it comes to servicing our customers there is little we won't do to keep downtime at a minimum. This usually means maintenance windows at odd hours of the night, and we are up for the task. With as little as 12 hours notice we can have an engineer anywhere in Southern California, and with as little as 24 hours notice we can have engineers on site just about anywhere in the United States.
